There we go! I started all over and even shaped the wedges with the radius from the pulley. Clamping those pieces while bonding was a really tricky and timeconsuming task. It looks like I did nothing at all for the neutral observer......but it was a h...... of a work.
The copperwire on the picture assures I bond the pieces within 1-2mm away from the pulleys. The duglasie piece with the plastic avoids shearing of the gear cables in where they cross diagonally.
I bonded it with Araldit (90') because it's thicker and won't run onto the pulleys while curing.
